Tiona Cordova's portrait of Kendrick Lamar, titled "Utmost Appreciation," won the 3rd District Congressional Art Competition and will have a new home in D.C., where it will hopefully remind our representatives to sit down and be humble.

Cordova is a senior at Centennial High School in Pueblo, Colorado. Her congressman, Scott Tipton, gave her a well-deserved shoutout for the accomplishment on Twitter.
